At Championship Rentals we pride ourselves in providing excellent service around the clock to all of our tenants. We also like for you to be informed of what we will need from you. Here are some things to expect.
- There will be an application fee for a credit/criminal/background check
- Employment History
- References from Previous Landlords
- Personal References
- Income Verification
- Co-signer Information if needed (all full-time students/undergrads will need a cosigner)
- Co-tenants are jointly responsible for all condition of the tenancy
- All co-tenants must fill out an application
- Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis (depending on the owner and size/breed of pet)
- All tenants must have contents insurance
